Our Bespoke collection shoes are handcrafted in Spain by our expert artisanal shoemakers.

  • How Do I Make an Order?

Find your favorite items on any product page, add them to cart and checkout. That's it, it's easy!

  • Where is My Confirmation Email?

Dapper Lane automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:

  1. Check the spam folder of your email account;
  2. Check your PayPal / credit card transaction history;
  3. Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history.
  • How Long Does It Take To Have The Shoes Made?

Bespoke Collection

Unlike other heavily commercialised brands, we do not mass produce our collections at the expense of quality. Our handcrafting traditions goes back a long time to ensure long lasting quality and durability for our beloved consumers. Hence we may take a little longer but it is surely worth the wait, check out our reviews page if you haven't!
Having said that, average production is usually 4 weeks to handcraft your custom shoes but kindly note that seasonal demands may lengthen the production times up to 12 weeks, increase the pressure on our shoe artisans and up your anxiety to a whole new level, that is... until you receive your beautifully handcrafted shoes!
Average Delivery Time: Up to 3 business days to deliver your shoes via DHL Express.

Non-Bespoke Collection

All non-bespoke orders will be delivered within 7 days via DHL Express.

  • How Do I Find the Right Size for Me?

We provide US, UK, EU and JP standard sizes. If you have any other questions about the shoe or garment that you want, you may contact us so we can help you choose the right size.

  • What Type of Payment Do You Accept?

On Checkout, you may pay with your Credit Card or PayPal account. For interest-free instalments, please choose Klarna or Affirm.

  • What is Your Guarantee?

Dapper Lane offers a 14-day return policy only for DEFECTS to our Bespoke collection.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same exact condition that you received it. Specifically, no visible wear on the upper or sole of the shoe. It must also be in the original packaging.

Just mail us back (Priority Mail) the items that you would like to return.

Returns are NOT accepted on Seconds. 

Pre-orders/Made-to-Order shoes are not eligible for returns and refunds.

Items with engraved/embroidered initials or any other type of special customization are not eligible for a refund.

We do not offer a return policy for wrong size orders as our shoes are standard international size. Please ensure that you order the correct size.

  • What is Your Refund Policy?

Dapper Lane is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with a purchase. Please contact us and we will be glad to make things right for you!

  • Do You Offer Discount Vouchers or Coupons?

Please sign up and be included in our mailing list for you to be the first to know about super deals, discounts and other promotional gifts. 

  • Can I Send My Order as a Gift? 

ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipient's name and address in the shipping information field.

  • Do You Provide Insured Shipping?

Yes! We provide Insured Shipping for all purchases.

We only use shipping services that are timely and very reliable. Because of this, international shipping is expensive and is paid by the customer. We understand if you do not want to complete the purchase due to high shipping costs, but as a small business, we can not afford for shipping companies to lose our package. We appreciate your understanding and patience. 

  • How Do I Track My Order?

We will be providing you with a unique tracking number that you can use to track your shipment.

Please take note that the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. For questions about the status of your shipment, please contact the courier directly.

  • Wrong Item Received

If you have received an order with the wrong size and/or design – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use this information to correct your order.

  • Damaged Item

Please send us a photograph with your order ID and we will use this information to correct your order.

  • Missing Orders

If you have not received all of your orders, please send us your order ID and the tracking number to help us locate your item.

  • Wrong Shipping Information (Recipient and/or Address)

Dapper Lane can still make the necessary correction/changes to the shipping address you have entered before the order is processed. Changes will not be made once an order has been processed.

Dapper Lane can still make the necessary correction/changes on your order (quantity, size, material, colour, design) before the order is processed. Changes will not be made once an order has been processed.
